I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have practiced for over 20 years. Providing support, treatment and other services to children, families and individuals. I have conducted several home studies over the years. The studies were primarily for children under the supervision of Florida's Department of Children and Families. I am skilled in providing support and guidance through your adoption process.
What is the Adoption Home Study
The home study is the foundation and first step in any adoption. It is the process by which you become eligible to adopt and is a legal requirement. Regardless of where you live or where you plan to adopt, you’ll need to complete a home study! I will conduct a thorough yet affordable home study. Cost of Adoption Home Study
Domestic Home Study: This includes the initial visit to your home, a copy of the completed home study report and the first two required monthly sessions. $1500.00
Additional Cost will apply for background checks.
Monthly Visits to the home will occur once the child is placed in your home. They will continue until the adoption is finalized. They may continue after the adoption is finalized if this is a requirement of your placing agency or if you request additional support.
Monthly visits after the first three visits will cost:
$150 each visit.
Your family will be provided tools, resources and counsel each visit.
$150 per hour for any additional legal proceedings.
